$4,665,818 (their maximum obligation)
Construction to Town standards
Design & Management of project (no fees)
Monthly expenditure reports to Town
For capital improvements only on mutually agreed
upon projects (cannot be used for maintenance costs)
Work with Town design review committee
Ottinger Road-provide additional ROW dedications
Maximum obligation to be used within 30 months

Plan engineer review and approval
Design review committee involvement
Costs exceeding Town standards (via 380 grant)
Obligated to use private funds within 30 months

Project 4: Pearson/Dove Road intersection;
Completed by January 31, 2012
