Admissions Timeline
Timeframe Description of Activity Change in Date
December • Applications accepted from secondary boundary AL No Change in Date/ December thru January

February • Communicate with lottery applicants: data verification, No Change in Date/ Second week in February

• Intent to enroll / re-enroll forms collected from Westlake No Change in Date / Second week in February

• Notify applicants of the lottery outcome (number on the No Change in Date /Tuesday following Lottery
waiting list)

Roundup, send out enrollment packages Roundup; Secondary Boundary will be notified
in August.
