To the Citizens of Westlake:
In compliance with Article 6252-17, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes,
the public is hereby notified of a city Governmental Meeting to be held at
7:30 P.M., May 22, 1972, in the game room attached to the carport immediately
behind Mr. A. L. Odom's house at the Circle "T" Ranch, Westlake, Texas.
The subjects of this meeting shall be :
1. The considering and passing of resolutions pertaining to the
appointment of deputy marshals.
2. The reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.
3. The considering of appointment of members of the Zoning Commission
of the Town of Westlake.
4. The proposed calling of a joint public meeting with the Zoning Commis-
sion to consider a comprehensive zoning ordinance.
5. The considering of a proposed date of the public hearing for the
proposals adopted by the Zoning Commission.
6. The considering of the approval of a rate increase application of the
Lone Star Gas Company.

To the Citizens of the Town of Westlake :
Be advised, by this written Notice, that the Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, at a duly authorized meeting of the said town, held on May 22,
1972, did consider the application of Lone Star Gas Company for Determination
and Fixing of Gas Rates for the Town of Westlake, did hold discussion of same,
and subject same to vote; wherein the said Ordinance was passed by a unanimous
vote of the Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Westlake. Be it known that Ordi-
nance No. 48, Determines and Fixes General Service Rates of Lone Star Gas Com-
pany for the Town of Westlake.
Public Notification of Ordinance No. 48 is published at the game room, behind
the garage of Mr. A. L. Odom's house on the Circle "T" Ranch, Westlake, Texas;
on a telephone pole at the corner of Ottinger Road and Roanoke Road, Westlake,
Texas; on the telephone pole on the corner of Roberts Wood Road. and Highway
114, Westlake, Texas.
