BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE:
THAT the Mayor of the Town of Westlake is hereby authorized
to execute on behalf of the Town of Westlake the agreement with
the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation that
is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A".
