RESOLUTION NO. 03-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF WESTLAKE
ACADEMY APPROVING A SHORT-TERM LOAN FROM THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WESTLAKE
ACADEMY:
SECTION 1: That the Board of Directors of Westlake Academy does hereby
approve a short-term loan from the Town of Westlake for the payment of items and
services (excluded approved grant expenditures)to be reimbursed following the first
monthly state payment of attendance related funds in September.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 25TH DAY OF AUGUST 2003.
