RESOLUTION NO. 04-08
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF WESTLAKE
ACADEMY DOES HEREBY ESTABLISH A $25,000.00 LIMIT FOR BUDGETED
PURCHASES NOT REQUIRING ACTION OF THE BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WESTLAKE
ACADEMY:
SECTION 1: That the Board of Directors of Westlake Academy hereby establish
a$25,000.00 limit for budgeted purchases not requiring action of the Board.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 10n' DAY OF MAY 2004.
