RESOLUTION NO. 04-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF WESTLAKE
ACADEMY RATIFYING THE AUTHORITY OF THE CEO ANDIOR HEAD OF
SCHOOL TO MAKE BUDGETED AND AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL
RELATED DECISIONS FOR THE ACADEMY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WESTLAKE
ACADEMY:
SECTION 1: That the Board of Directors of Westlake Academy does hereby
ratify the authority of the CEO and/or Head of School to make budgeted and authorized
personnel related decisions for the Academy.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its
passage.
