RESOLUTION NO. 04-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF WESTLAKE
ACADEMY AMENDING THE 2003104 BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WESTLAKE
ACADEMY:
SECTION 1: That the Board of Directors of Westlake Academy does hereby
amend the 2003104 budget to increase the salary line item by$17,400.00 to fund the
hiring of two job-share co-teachers for Grade 1 from December 15, 2003 until June 5,
2004.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 12' DAY OF JANUARY 2004.
