RESOLUTION NO. 05-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF WESTLAKE ACADEMY
AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE 2005-2006 PARENT-STUDENT
HANDBOOK AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, the Westlake Academy Board of Directors finds that the changes and
additions contained in the 2005-2006 Parent-Student Handbook of the Westlake Academy
benefit the public understanding of school policies; and
WHEREAS, the Westlake Academy Board of Directors finds that the passage of this
Resolution is in the best interest of the Academy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
WESTLAKE ACADEMY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Directors of Westlake Academy hereby adopts the 2005-
2006 Parent-Student Handbook as amended.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 26th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2005.
