RESOLUTION NO. 07-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WESTLAKE ACADEMY
AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE WESTLAKE ACADEMY PERSONNEL
HANDBOOK.
WHEREAS, the Town of Westlake Board of Trustees believes that it is in the best
interests of the teachers, the administration, the students, and the community, to adopt written
personnel policies; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees finds that the attached Personnel Handbook is a
compendium of personnel policies that suits the needs of the Academy and its constituents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
WESTLAKE ACADEMY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Trustees of Westlake Academy hereby adopts the
attached Westlake Academy Personnel Handbook as the official statement of personnel policies
to be followed by the Academy.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
