RESOLUTION NO. 07-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WESTLAKE ACADEMY
ESTABLISHING THE DATE, TIME, AND PLACE OF THE REGULAR
MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Board of Aldermen finds that it is in the best interest of
the Board and the Town's residents that the Board shall meet regularly at a convenient
date,time, and place.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: The Board of Trustees of Westlake Academy shall conduct
regularly scheduled meetings on the second Monday of each month unless the date
conflicts with a school holiday, in which event the meeting will be held on the fourth
Monday of the month, at 6 p.m.
SECTION 2: That this resolution shall become effective from and after
its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 26" DAY OF FEBRUARY 2007.
