RESOLUTION NO. 08-15.
AUTHORIZING THE CHANGES TO THE 2008-2009 PARENT-STUDENT
HANDBOOK.
WHEREAS, the Westlake Academy Board of Trustees finds that the changes and
additions contained in the new Parent-Student Handbook of Westlake Academy make it more
user friendly and benefit the public understanding of school policies; and
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees finds that the passage of this Resolution is in the best
interest of the Academy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
WESTLAKE ACADEMY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Trustees of Westlake Academy hereby adopts changes
to the 2008-2009 Parent-Student Handbook.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 21St DAY OF AUGUST 2008.
