RESOLUTION NO. 08-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WESTLAKE ACADEMY,
AMENDING THE AUTHORIZED SIGNERS OF THE ACADEMY'S
DEPOSITORY ACCOUNT WITH FIRST FINANCIAL BANK.
WHEREAS, authorized signers of Westlake Academy's depository account may
require amendments at certain times due to changes in structure and/or personnel;
WHEREAS, recent changes in Westlake Academy personnel have necessitated
such amendments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
WESTLAKE ACADEMY:
SECTION 1: That the Westlake Academy Board of Trustees does hereby
appoint Thomas E. Brymer, Debbie J. Piper, and Don Redding as authorized signers of
Westlake Academy's depository account with First Financial Bank.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 11TH DAY OF AUGUST 2008.
