RESOLUTION NO. 10-06
AUTHORIZING THE CEO OF THE ACADEMY TO ENTER INTO THE CONTRACT
ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT A WITH PARKER SCHOOL UNIFORMS TO
PROVIDE STUDENTS AT WESTLAKE ACADEMY SCHOOL UNIFORMS.
WHEREAS, the Academy utilizes Parker School Uniforms which is responsible for
providing the school uniforms in full compliance with the Westlake Academy Uniform Policy;
and
WHEREAS, Westlake Academy staff strictly enforces that the students follow the
school uniform policy as stated in the Parent/Student Handbook; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 08-23 authorized the CEO to enter into a contract with Parker
School Uniforms to provide school uniforms for Westlake Academy; and
WHEREAS, Parker School Uniforms will keep in stock at all times an ample supply of
all required footwear to assure that Westlake Academy students will be able to meet the uniform
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
WESTLAKE ACADEMY:
SECTION 1: That this contract does not require families to purchase uniforms from Park
School Uniforms.
SECTION 2: That the Board of Trustees of Westlake Academy does hereby authorize
the CEO to enter into the contract attached hereto as Exhibit A regarding footwear with Parker
School Uniforms.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.

UNIFORM SHOE STOCK AGREEMENT

Parker Uniforms, Inc. d.b.a. Parker School Uniforms, Houston, Texas
This Agreement will authorize Parker School Uniforms to stock and be the proffered supplier of
the approved uniform shoes for the above named school for a period of three years. This will
cover school years from August 2010 to Jude 2011; August 2011 to June 2012; August 2012 to
June 2013.
It is agreed that Parker School Uniforms will stock sufficient uniform shoes to meet the estimated
average requirements for all required items listed on the Verification Fonn. These items are to
be a part of the official uniform required by the above named school, unless otherwise noted.
In the event that the school desires to change style or source of supply, the school will allow
Parker School Uniforms sufficient time to dispose of the present stock of uniform shoes. The
time will not exceed the maximum term as agreed in Paragraph 1.
