HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 81 Adopting metes and bounds description and official map of the Town of WestlakeORDINANCE NO. 81 AND OFFICIAL MAP OF THE TOWN OF WESTT; KE _4 WHEREAS, the Town of Westlake has over a period of years by Ordinance annexed and disannexed territory from time to time, the Board of Aldermen has caused to be made an accurate survey of the presently existing boundaries of the Town of Westlake and has additionally caused to be made an up-to-date map of the Town of Westlake showing its boundaries. The Board of Aldermen by enacting this ordinance hereby adopts the description by metes and bounds contained in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, as con- stituting the corporate boundaries of the Town of Westlake as of the date of this ordinance. Additionally, the Board of Aldermen by enacting this ordinance hereby adopts the map attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof by specific reference as the official map of the Town of Westlake, showing the metes and bounds of the corporate limits of the Town of Westlake and additionally showing the extraterri- torial jurisdiction with respect to the Trophy Club Estates Planned Development Area.
