AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CERTAIN RATE SCHEDULES FILED BY TRI -COUNTY
ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE IN THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, AND PROVID-
ING CONDITIONS UNDER WHIC71 SUCH RATE SCHEDULES MAY BE CHANGED,
MODIFIED, AMENDED OR WITHDRAWN: AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOAP.D OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I.
That Tri -County Electric Cooperative, having filed on the
day of January, 1974, its Rate Book Plumber , con-
taining a set of electric rate schedules and the service regu-
lations referred to therein, with the Town Secretary, the same
are hereby approved as schedules of rates and service regula-
tions under which said company is authorized to collect charges
from its customers for the sale of electric power and energy
within the corporate limits of the Town until such time as said
rate schedules and service regulations may be changed, modified,
amended or withdrawn, with the approval of the Board of Aldermen.

The filing of the rate schedules and service regulations,
and approval of same by the Board of Aldermen, in the manner
herein provided, shall constitute notice to the consumers of
electricity, within the Town, of the availability and application
of such rate schedules and service regulations.
SECTION III.
Such rate schedules and service regulation, shall become
effective and shall be in full force and effect on the _.day
of ' .: 1974, and shall apply to all bills ren-
dered after the `r day of r "'. ,? : o 1974.
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Aldermen of Westlake, Texas this the -`.day of January, 19 74 .
