AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING APPLICATION FEES TO
BE CHARGED BY THE PLAN COMMISSION AND BY THE
ZONING COMMISSION FOR DOCKETING ZONING PETI-
TIONS; AND PRESCRIBING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN
OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
For services rendered, the following schedule of fees
and charges are hereby adopted:
Application Fees
Plan Commission
Preliminary Plans
Final Plat
Short Form Plat
Right-of-way Vacations
Easement Vacations
Zoning Commission
$ 25.00 Base + $1.00
per acre
25.00 Base .for first
5 lots + 50¢
for each addi-
tional lot

Applications for zoning changes 100.00 plus actual cost
of publication
of metes and
bounds descrip-

SECTION 2.
No final approval of a plat shall be given by the Plan
Commission of the Town of Westlake and no petition shall be
docketed with the Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake unless
and until a receipt is furnished showing that the fee provided for
in this Ordinance has been paid.
SECTION 3.
That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after the /day of�
