The following -described land is situated in Denton County, Texas, and is entirely adjacent and contiguous to a portion of the present boundary line defining the corporate territorial limits of the Town of Westlake, Texas. In Denton County, Texas, beginning at a point in the West boundary line of the R. Allen Survey A-17, at which the present boundary of the Town of Westlake intersects, said point being approximately 525 feet due North of the point at which the West boundary line of the R. Medlin Survey A--829; THENCE N 000 02' E, along the East line of the said W. Medlin Survey 3,425.4 feet to an iron pin for a corner, the same being the Northeast corner of the W. Medlin Survey; THENCE S 890 58' W, with the present boundary line of the Town of Westlake, 87.05 feet; THENCE S 890 30' W, 21267.7 feet; of the above-described land to the City of Westlake, Texas, will result in providing more orderly development and use of said land and to promote and protect the general health, safety and welfare of persons residing thereon. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Alderman of the Town of Westlake, Texas; I. THAT a Public Hearing be held on Monday, July a3, 1973, Main Ranch House of the Circle T Ranch. at 7:00 p.m. in the evening at the II. THAT notice of such hearing time be published in a newspaper having circulation in the city and in the territory proposed to be annexed. ADOPTED this 2d day of duly, 1973.
