ORDINANCE EXPANDING THE
EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE
CITY OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the owners of the land described in Exhibit "A"
hereto have requested that the City of Westlake, Texas, expand its extra-
territorial jurisdiction to include that portion of said land which presently
lies within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Westlake, Texas,
and
WHEREAS, all of said land is contiguous and adjacent to the
otherwise existing extraterritorial jurisdiction of Westlake, Texas, and
that such expansion of extraterritorial jurisdiction will provide for more
orderly development of such property and promote the health and welfare
of the persons living thereon.
BE IT ORDAINED that the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
Town of Westlake, Texas, is hereby expanded to include the land described
in Exhibit "A"" hereto.

CITY OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
The undersigned, being the owners of the property described in
Exhibit "A" hereto which property is entirely adjacent and contiguous to the
City of Westlake, Texas, the greater portion of which lies within the presently
existing extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Westlake, Texas, request
that the City of Westlake, Texas, extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction to
include all of the land described in said Exhibit "A" hereto.

public road which tract will be reserved in a Deed from Larry
W. Carr, et ux, to Johnson-Loggins, Inc., and which tract contains
approximately 8-1/2 acres and the metes and bounds of which
will be more definitely ascertained by survey.
