19TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1974.
RESOLUTION No. 45
Whereas, the Town of Westlake hereby grants a temporary
variance to the town's sign ordinance and gives permission to
Johnson-Loggins, Inc. to erect two signs 12 1/2 feet by 40 feet
on their property on the north side of SH 114. Such temporary
variance may be terminated by action of the Town Council and
thirty days written notice to Johnson-Loggin, Inc.
Passed and approved this the 19th day of February, 1974.
