SEPTEMBER, A. D. 1973.
RESOLUTION NO-44
WHEREAS the :previous secretary for the Town: of Westlake
resigned. and Mrs Wanda G. White was appointed
by the Town Council to be. Torn. Secretary; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the. TOTzn Secretary to sign
checksdrawn on the bank checking account, and
it is also necessary for the Mayor to be a signee
on the said checking account now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAT E,
TEXAS:
That the Mayor, Ho° ,rard Dudley, and the Town
Secretary, Wanda G. White, be authorized to sign
checks and draw money from the Town's.bank account
