WHEREAS, Westlake does not have a town hall in which to
post notices, and
WHEREAS, statutes require that notices of meetings, hear-
ings, etc., be posted at three public places within the limits
of the town;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that bulletin boards be located
at the following three places:
1. On the fence, to the east side of the main entrance to
Mayor Dudley's ranch.
2. On the fence, to the east side of the main entrance to
the Bowden ranch.
3. On the fence, to the north side of the main entrance
to the Bilbo ranch.
