WHEREAS, statutes require that notices of meetings,
hearings, etc., be published in a newspaper having general
circulation in the town;
THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of
the Town. of Westlake, Texas, that the Fort Worth Star -Telegram
be designated the official newspaper of Westlake, Texas.
