WHEREAS, in case of the failure, inability or refusal of
the mayor to act, the mayor pro tem shall perform the duties
of the mayor;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas,that the Board of Aldermen elect a
mayor pro tem, who shall hold his office for one year.
