International Business Machines Corporation, -and
FHE1EAS, International Business Machines Corporation is desirous of
relocating Sian School Road as shown on the attached map; and
WHEREAS# the Texas Department of Highways and Public Transportation
requires a resolution from the Town of Westlake approving
and consenting to the relocation of San School Awad, particularly
as it relates to the intersection of State Highway 114 with
said road; and
WHEREAS, International Business Machines Corporation has agreed to dgnate
the necessary right-of-way and pay all costs for the relocation
of Sam School Road; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOPM OF ALDE4,M OF THE TOGN OF WFSTLAKE, =70,
TfiAT the Town of Westlake hereby approves and gives its
consent to the relocation of Sam School Road as showm on
the attached plat.
