Whereas, the need no longer exists for the Town of Westlake,
Texas to extend the rules, regulations and construction
standards into its extra -territorial jurisdiction
except for a small area on the southern boundary
of the Town; and
Whereas, the area in which the Town's extra -territorial
jurisdiction shall be enforced is shown on the
attached map;
Therefore, the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas
directs the Town Attorney to draft an ordinance
amending Ordinance #94, an ordinance which extends
the Town's sub -division ordinances into the extra-
territorial jurisdiction.
UNANIMOUSLY PASSED AND APPROVED this first day of August,1985.
