RESOLUTION 96-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING VARIANCES TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE
FOR A MONUMENT SIGN AND A BANNER NEAR THE COURTYARD OF 3
VILLAGE CIRCLE, SOLANA; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Elmtree Corporation has requested that the Town of Westlake grant
variances to its sign ordinance for a monument sign and a banner near the courtyard of 3
Village Circle, Solana, in Westlake; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen has conducted a public hearing concerning
the proposed variances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas:
SECTION l: That a variance be granted to Elmtree Corporation permitting the
installation of a Blimpie's monument sign near the courtyard of 3 Village Circle, Solana,
Westlake, Texas in accordance with the drawing attached to this resolution.
SECTION 2: That a variance be granted to Elmtree Corporation permitting the
installation of a Blimpie's banner near the courtyard of 3 Village Circle, Solana,
Westlake, Texas in accordance with the drawing attached to this resolution.
SECTION 3: That this resolution shall become effective upon its passage and
approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake
this l Ot" day of June, 1996.
