A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS, AMENDING THE 1996-97 OPERATING BUDGET BY
INCREASING THE AMOUNT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING FEES,
ACCOUNTING FEES, DUES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS, ELECTION EXPENSE,
ENGINEERING FEES, FIRE PROTECTION, MISC. EXPENSE, POSTAGE,
REPPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE AND TELEPHONE; AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Professional Consulting Fees from
$50,000.00 to $75,000.00.
SECTION 2: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Accounting Fees from $5650.00 to
$40,000.00.
SECTION 3: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Dues and Subscriptions from
$1150.00 to $1,200.00.
SECTION 4: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Election Expense from $1000.00 to
$1,200,00,
SECTION 5; That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Engineering Fees from $30,000.00
to $65,000.00.
SECTION 6: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Fire Protection from $2100.00 to
$7,000.00.
SECTION T That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for 1Vlsc. Expense from $5000.00 to
$24,000.00.
SECTION 8: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Postage from $1000.00 to
$2,000.00.

SECTION 9: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Repairs and Maintenance from
$750.00 to $3,500.00.
SECTION 10: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Telephone from $2000.00 to
$2,600.00.
SECTION 11: That this resolution becomes elective from and after the date of
its passage.
