A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE 1996-97 OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING THE
AMOUNT FOR LEGAL FEES AND CONSULTING FEES; AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake, Texas is
hereby amended by increasing the amount for Legal Fees from $300,000.00 to $900,000.00.
SECTION 2: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake, Texas is
hereby amended by increasing the amount for Consulting Fees from $25,000.00 to
$50,000.00.
SECTION 3: That this resolution becomes effective from and after the date of its
passage.
