AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, SETTING BUILDING
PERMIT FEES FOR REMODELING PROJECTS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen had previously adopted a set of
building permit fees for remodeling projects; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen is desirous of following the
schedule of fees for remodeling projects that is incorporated in
the Uniform Building Code; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1: The commercial, industrial, and multifamily fees
for alteration repair or remodeling set out in Ordinance No. 1.67
are hereby repealed and the commercial, industrial, and multifamily
fees for alteration repair or remodeling set out in the 1991
Uniform Building Code are hereby established as the building permit
fees for such alteration repair or remodeling construction within
the Town of Westlake, Texas.
SECTION 2: This ordinance becomes effective upon the date of
its passage and approval, but the building permit fees established
in Section 1 shall become effective as of July 1, 1995.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS, ON THIS 9TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1995.
