AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS AMENDING
EXHIBIT "G" OF ORDINANCE NO. 202 TO REFLECT THE CORRECT LOT
AND BLOCK NUMBER; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen adopted Ordinance No. 202 on November
16, 1992 which created Planned Development District No. 1 ("PD1"); and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "G" to Ordinance No. 202 contained certain legal
descriptions by lot and block numbers and approximate gross building square footage for
each lot and block number; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Town that the block number in the
second legal description is erroneous and needs to be corrected; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1: The second legal description in Exhibit "G" of Ordinance No. 202
adopted on November 16, 1992 is hereby changed so that the same shall read "Lot 2,
Block 1" instead of "Lot 2, Block 2".
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
approval.
