Ottinger RoadTOWN OF WESTLAKE RESOLUTION NO. 98-18 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE ON APPROXIMATELY 56 ACRES OF LAND AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF DOVE ROAD AND J.T. OTTINGER ROAD; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Scott Bradley and his wife, Felly Bradley, have sold their home for the Fidelity project; and WHEREAS, Scott and Kelly Bradley have purchased an approximate 56 -acre tract of land at the Southeast corner of Dove Road and J.T. Uttinger Road and will dismantle, move and reconstruct their historic home on this property; and WHEREAS, it will take approximately 18 months to two years for the home to be dismantled, moved, and reconstructed and during this interim period of time, Scott and Kelly Bradley would like to live in a mobile home on their property; and WHEREAS, the Westlake Unified Development Code allows the Board to grant an extension of time for a temporary structure beyond a 90 day period; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That Scott Bradley and Kelly Bradley are granted an extension of time for a temporary structure on an approximate 56 -acre tract of land at the Southeast corner of Dove Road and J.T. Ottinger Road in Westlake, Texas, for a period of two (2) years or until their home is reconstructed and available for occupancy, whichever occurs first. SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
