HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 98-15 Approving a Variance for 32 Wyck Hill Lane in The Estates of WestlakeTOWN OF WESTLAKE RESOLUTION NO. 98-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM THE HEIGHT LIMITATION FOR THE PHILLIP SMALL HOME UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT 32 WYCK HILL LANE IN THE ESTATES OF WESTLAKE, AN ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Larry Cole Custom Homes has requested that the Town of Westlake grant a variance to its height limitation for an overall height of 40 feet on the Phillip Small home under construction at 32 Wyck Hill Lane in The Estates of Westlake, an addition to the Town of Westlake. WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen has conducted a public hearing concerning the proposed variance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: SECTIONI: That a variance be granted to Larry Cole Custom Homes permitting an overall height of 40 feet on the Phillip Small home under construction at 32 Wyck Hill Lane in The Estates of Westlake, an addition to the Town of Westlake. SECTION 2: That this resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval. PASSED AND APPROVED by the Board of Aldennen of the Town of Westlake this 12"' day of October, 1998.
