A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS, AMENDING THE 1997-98 OPERATING BUDGET BY
INCREASING THE AMOUNT FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES, INSURANCE,
LEGAL FEES AND EXPENSES, MISC. EXPENSE, AND TRAINING,
SEMINARS AND MEETINGS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION l: That the 1997-98 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended_ by increasing the amount for Community Services from
$7000.00 to $8000.00.
SECTION 2: That the 1997-98 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Insurance from $3000.00 to
$3500.00.
SECTION 3: That the 1997-98 Operating Budget for the Tov i of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Legal Fees and Expenses from
$496,860.00 to $750,000.00.
SECTION 4: That the 1997-98 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by increasing the amount for Misc. Expense from $1000.00 to
$3000.00.
SECTION 5: That the 1997-98 Operating Budget for the Town of Westlake,
Texas is hereby amended by adding an amount for Training, Seminars & Meetings of
$2500.00.
SECTION 6: That this resolution becomes effective from and after the date of its
passage.
