RESOLUTION 99-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING A REFUND OF $5,580.00 TO
GLENWYCK FARMS, LTD. IN ORDER TO BE FAIR AND EQUITABLE IN
REGARD TO DEVELOPOMENT FEES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, recognizes
that most of the the site plan review for GlenWyck Farms, Ltd. was done previously
within the submission of the engineering plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas
hereby authorizes the Town Manager to refund $5,580.00 of the site plan submittal fee
to GlenWyck Farms, Ltd.
SECTION 2: That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date
of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 8'' DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1999.
