Res 01-35 Approving the Final Plat Located at 1480 Dove Road
TOWN OF WESTLAKE RESOLUTION NO. 01-35 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR 20.157 ACRES FILED BY RANDY AND SHERRY REED, LOCATED AT 1450 DOVE ROAD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake does hereby approve the final plat for 20.157 acres filed by Randy and Sherry Reed, located at 1480 Dove Road, subject to the following conditions: 1. No above ground structure or fence shall be constructed in the drainage, water and underground electrical easement. 2. The applicant shall construct the aforementioned trail prior to the Certificate of Occupancy being issued on the residence currently under construction.
