HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 01-12 Approving the Final Plat for Vaquero, Arthur AdditionTOWN OF WESTLAKE RESOLUTION NO. 01-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR 105.571 ACRES KNOWN AS VAQUERO, ARTHUR ADDITION LOCATED SOUTH OF VAQUERO PHASE 1 AND WEST OF FUTURE PRECINCT LINE ROAD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake does hereby approve the final plat for 105.571 acres known as Vaquero, Arthur Addition located south of Vaquero Phase 1 and west of future Precinct Line Road subject to the following conditions: 1. The right-of-way dedication for Precinct Line Road shall be by separate instrument prior to acceptance of the public improvements. The right-of-way dedication between Vaquero and Vaquero, Arthur Addition shall have a smooth and matching transition. 2. A duct bank easement shall be granted to the Town by separate instrument for the duct banks within the future Precinct Line Road right-of-way. 3. The street names shall be shown on the plat prior to filing. 4. The developer's agreement must be executed prior to filing of the final plat. SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage. PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2001.
