HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 01-11 Approving the Preliminary Plat for VaqueroTOWN OF WESTLAKE RESOLUTION NO. 01-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR 105.571 ACRES KNOWN AS VAQUERO, ARTHUR ADDITION LOCATED SOUTH OF VAQUERO PHASE 1 AND WEST OF FUTURE PRECINCT LINE ROAD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake does hereby approve the preliminary plat for 105.571 acres known as Vaquero, Arthur Addition located south of Vaquero Phase 1 and west of future Precinct Line Road subject to the following conditions: 1. The right-of-way dedication for Precinct Line Road shall be by separate instrument prior to acceptance of the public improvements. The right-of-way dedication between Vaquero and Vaquero, Arthur Addition shall have a smooth and matching transition. 2. A duct bank easement shall be granted to the Town by separate instrument for the duct banks within the future Precinct Line Road right-of-way. 3. The Applicant shall cooperate with the Town to achieve the desired alignment of F.M. 1938. SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
