HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 02-51 Approving the Final Plat for Westlake Municipal ComplexTOWN OF WESTLAKE RESOLUTION NO. 02-51 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR 24.59 ACRES, LOCATED AT 2674 J.T. OTTINGER ROAD TO BE KNOWN AS THE WESTLAKE MUNICIPAL COMPLEX. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake does hereby approve the final plat for 24.59 acres located at 2674 J.T. Ottinger Road to be known as the Westlake Municipal Complex. SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
