RESOLUTION 03-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE TOWN'S
PUMP STATION SITE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of'Westlake, Texas, does
hereby approve the final plat of the Town's pump station site on Hwy 377.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 24" DAY OF MARCH 2003.

PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF READING METERS,MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE REQUIRED OR
ORDINARILY PERFORMED BY THAT UTILITY.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS PLAT, THE OWNERS, FOR .
THEMSELVES AND THEIR SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, RESERVE AND RETAIN THE RIGHT TO
GRANT OTHER RIGHTS AND EASEMENTS ACROSS,OVER OR UNDER THE EASEMENT TRACT(S)TO
