Consider approval a Resolution appointing two new members to the Westlake Academy
Foundation Board of Directors.
Staff recommends approval.
There are currently two vacant positions on the Board of Directors for the Westlake
Academy Foundation.
The current Foundation Board and Town staff nominates Paul Kramer for appointment to
the Westlake Academy Foundation Board of Directors. Mr. Kramer is a long time
resident of the Dallas area, having moved here in 1987 from California. Paul is the
president of Castlegate Homes, one of the few builders in Westlake.
Additionally, up for nomination is Westlake resident Rick Rennhack. Mr. Rennhack has
lived and worked in the area since 1976. For several years he was President and Chief
Executive Officer of Rennhack Marketing, an international marketing firm, and currently
holds a place on its Board of Directors. Mr. Rennhack is very active in the community
with a leadership position in YoungLife and as a Sunday school teacher. Rick and his
wife, Leah, have four children, three of whom attend the Westlake Academy.
B RESOLVED i ; BOARD OF ALDERMEN, THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION l: The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake does hereby
appoint Paul Kramer and Rick Rennhack to fill two vacant seats on the Board of
Directors of the Westlake Academy Foundation.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 26th DAY OF JANUARY 2004.
