1. CALL TO ORDER
2. UPDATE ON FOLLOW-UP ITEMS FROM COMMITTEE’S MAY 28, 2014 MEETING:
• Alignment – receive input from Hillwood, Deloitte, and Fidelity; look at the
NW corner of Glenwyck for East Dove Road alignment
• Volume – Hillwood consultant reviewing traffic patterns, analysis of Mesa
• Title for staging of thoroughfare – Word smithing of the exhibits or
documents
• Process/timing – meeting schedules and process to finish the public
hearings and committee meetings with the final comp plan; June 3rd
steering committee meeting – public input TBD maybe August.
3. APPROVAL OF THOROUGHFARE PLAN AT BUILD OUT WITH FULL
ENTITLEMENTS
