1. CALL TO ORDER AND WELCOME
2. DISCUSSION ITEMS
a) Review and Presentation that includes Outcomes of Public Workshop #2,
Subsequent Community Goals and Framework Plan.
b) Discussion to Address Needed Changes to Goals and/or Framework Plan before
Public Workshop #3, including review of the following draft plan elements:
• Land Use Plan
• Thoroughfare Plan
• Open Space and Park Plan
• Urban Design Plan
• Facilities Plan
• Housing Plan
• Economic Development Plan
• Needed Adjustments to Section 102
c) Discussion of Next Steps Pertaining to Responsibilities at Public Workshop #3,
including scheduled date for this Workshop #3, Future Steering Committee
Meetings, and the Process in General Going Forward.
d) Appoint a Committee Chair to speak to the Planning and Zoning Commission and
Town Council.
