Subject: Regular meeting of August 27, 2007
Date: August 22, 2007
Conduct a Public Hearing and take appropriate action regarding an application for a
minor re -plat of Lot 4R, Block E, Vaquero, Phase 2B Residential Subdivision located at
1865 Post Oak Place.
This plat was presented at the P&Z meeting on July 26, 2007, for consideration by the
owner to subdivide the existing lot into two (2) lots. Lots 4 and 5 of the original plat
were previously replatted into one (1) lot as Lot 4R back in September 2005. The owner
is now requesting that the lot be returned to its original 2 -lot configuration.

The P&Z Commission voted unanimously on July 26, 2007, to approve the replat
presented with the condition noted below.
Additionally, Staff recommends that the final plat be approved with the condition
enumerated below:
1. The Owner's Certificate and title block be changed to read "...being a replat of
Lot 4R ....".
