Additional cost to construct North Parking Lot Improvements including the parking lot,approach,sidewalks,landscaping and other
improvements as shown on drawings prepared by Brockette Davis Drake,Inc.Consulting Engineers and SFI PC 2212 2 dated April
23,2014.
The original Guaranteed Maximum Price was $ 8,542,930.00
The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ -111,490.82
The Guaranteed Maximum Pace prior to this Change Order was $ 8,431,439.18
The Guaranteed Maximum Price will be increased by this Change Order in the amount of $ 200,000.00
The new Guaranteed Maximum Price including this Change Order will be $ 8,631,439.18
The Contract Time will be increased by Thirty-Five(3 5)days.
The date of Substantial Completion as of the date of this Change Order therefore is September 1,2014.
NOTE:This Change Order does not include changes in the Contract Sum,Contract Time or Guaranteed Maximum Price which have
been authorized by Construction Change Directive until the cost and time have been agreed upon by both the Owner and
Contractor,in which rase a Change Order is executed to supersede the Construction Change Directive.
