1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
AUGUST 8TH, 2024.
3. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON SCHOLARSHIPS AND OCCUPANCY
FOR SPRING 2025.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D for the following:
a. Section 551.071:
1. Consultation with an attorney whereby the Board seeks advice
about the litigation with the Bank of New York.
5. ADJOURNMENT
ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN
ONE OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF THE
TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
