a) Presentation and Discussion of Phase of 1 of the Comprehensive Planning
Process Pertaining to the Assessment of Existing Conditions, Population and
Demographics, Circulation, Capacity, and Land Developability.
b) Discussion of and Preparation for Public Workshop #1 on the Comprehensive
Plan Update Process, Including Public Information Efforts to Encourage
Attendance and Participation at These Public Workshops.
c) Review Committee’s Meeting Calendar.
