AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
OCTOBER 25, 2022.
3. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON SCHOLARSHIPS AND OCCUPANCY
FOR FALL 2023.
4. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REGARDING RENOVATIONS TO
CAMBRIDGE HALL.
S. CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION TO APPOINT A NEW SECRETARY OF THE
AUTHORITY, SUCH APPOINTMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE ONLY UPON THE
RETIREMENT OF KATIE KOLKMEIER FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D for the foliowing:

a. Section 551.071:
1. Consultation with an attorney whereby the Board seeks advice
about the litigation with the Bank of New York.
2. Consultation with an attorney whereby the Board seeks advice on
possible arbitration with ACC on alleged funds owed after
management departure.
7. ADJOURNMENT
ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN
ONE OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF
THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
