TOWN OF WESTLAKE
RESOLUTION NO. 23-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Planning and Zoning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council conducts annual board appointments and reappointments;
and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council has received an application for consideration of
appointment; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds that the passage of this Resolution is in the best
interest of the citizens of Westlake.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That, all matters stated in the Recitals hereinabove are found to be true and
correct and are incorporated herein by reference as if copied in their entirety.
SECTION 2: That the following individuals are hereby appointed or reappointed to the
Planning and Zoning Commission:
As a result of the appointments heretofore stated, the Planning and Zoning Commission
is represented by the following with terms beginning August 1, 2023, for newly appointed
members:
Term Expiration
David Ricci, Regular Member June 2025
Terry Wilkinson, Vice Chair June 2025
Brooks Remaley, Regular Member June 2025
Nizar Didarali June 2024
Adam Coffey, Chair June 2024
Tammy Reeves, regular member June 2024
Linda Bjorn, regular member June 2024
SECTION 3: If any portion of this Resolution shall, for any reason, be declared invalid
by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions
hereof and the Council hereby determines that it would have adopted this Resolution without the
invalid provision.

SECTION 4: That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage.
