TOWN OF WESTLAKE
RESOLUTION NO. 23-36
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE APPOINTING THE KELLER
ASSOCIATE JUDGES TO ACCECPT PLEAS ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE MUNICIPAL COURT AND TO TAKE APPROPIATE ACTION
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
WHEREAS the Town Council of the Town of Westlake established the Municipal Court
of Record No. 1 and must provide for the appointment of the Keller Associate Judges; and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 23-36 also sets forth certain duties and qualification for each
of the Appointees; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Westlake, Texas, is of the opinion that it
is in the best interests of the town and its citizens that the amendments should be approved and
adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the Town Council hereby appoints the following individuals to the
Municipal Court of Record No. 1 in the capacity set forth below:
Associate Judge Carol Montgomery
Associate Judge Lindsay Kinzie
These appointments are made subject to and are governed by the provisions of
Resolution No. 23-36, and in accordance with State law.
